Mr. Corral oversees the financial and strategic planning for Athos Capital and the Greenstreet companies and related investments including identifying and assessing real estate, private equity and special situation investment opportunities along with coordination of financial due diligence and implementation of optimal tax and financing structures for potential acquisition targets.
Prior to joining Greenstreet Partners, Mr. Corral spent four years in public accounting with Deloitte & Touche in South Florida where he was responsible for providing creative tax solutions for Fortune 500 companies; planning and structuring consultation for High Net Worth individuals and Private Family Offices; consulting with national experts regarding tax planning strategies, opportunities and special client projects.
Mr. Corral is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with High Honors and a Master of Science degree in Taxation from Florida International University.
