Mr. Lipps leads Greenstreet’s real estate acquisitions process. His responsibilities include sourcing and underwriting potential investments, leading the due diligence process, and preparation / presentation of investment proposals to Greenstreet’s Investment Committee as well as supporting the asset management team with analysis of existing portfolio investments and potential dispositions.
Mr. Lipps has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved in the execution of over $5.0B in transactions across a broad range of asset classes throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Greenstreet, Mr. Lipps was a Senior Associate at Elion Partners. Earlier, Mr. Lipps served in a series of progressive analytical/research positions at CBRE and Flagler Real Estate Services.
Mr. Lipps graduated from the University of Florida in 2009 with a B.S. in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurship.
