Mr. Butters is an Acquisition & Investment Analyst at Greenstreet Partners assisting in the sourcing and underwriting of potential investments, the due diligence process, and preparation/presentation of investment proposals to Greenstreet’s Investment Committee as well as supporting the asset management team with the management of existing portfolio investments and potential dispositions.
Prior to joining Greenstreet, Mr. Butters worked in a variety of roles within the real estate industry. While attending university, he worked at firms such as Principal Real Estate Investors, Marcus & Millichap, and Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. Butters graduated from The University of Alabama in 2017 with a B.S in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Additionally, he holds an M.S. in International Real Estate from Florida International University.
