Mr. Safchik serves as Director of Asset Management for Greenstreet. In this role, he is primarily responsible for strategic direction and asset level strategy of Greenstreet’s commercial real estate portfolio across the U.S.
Mr. Safchik’s wide range of responsibilities include oversight & execution of property level business plans, negotiation of leases, budget oversight and performance of capital projects, including asset-level and TI work, market analysis, positioning / re-positioning, construction development and asset management of Greenstreet’s commercial real estate portfolio.
He has over 20 years of real estate asset management experience within a broad variety of product types including complex real estate and lending transactions, asset acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Safchik holds a BA degree from the University of Miami with a major in business management.
